Children's Health Partnership
Children's Health Partnership - The new Royal Children's Hospital project
| The Children's Health Partnership is the consortium responsible for financing, designing, constructing and maintaining the new hospital building. The consortium consists of International Public Partnerships as equity holders, Bovis Lend Lease as builder, Spotless Group as facilities manager and architects Billard Leece, Bates Smart and HKS (US). |
| International Public Partnerships was formed because the Directors believe that public or social infrastructure is an attractive asset class with sustainable long-term income and capital growth potential as many governments and public authorities are inviting the private sector to fund, operate and manage new infrastructure projects. |
